There are many ways to tell if your car insurance company loves you. When it comes down to it, some insurers are better than others in the customer service department. To find out if your car insurance company loves you, check out the three details below.
- Does your car insurance company ever check up on you to see how things are going? If so, this shows that they really care about you as a customer. Of course, this will make you feel good about yourself because you know that you are buying coverage from a company with good service. And good service means that you will be able to get questions answered and problems resolved in a timely manner.
- You know your insurer loves you when they call to tell you something is wrong. For instance, if you forget to pay your bill your car insurance company can do one of two things. They can either cancel your coverage and forget about you, or give you a call to see what the problem is. Hopefully your insurer is nice enough to call.
