No Health Insurance can lead to Serious Illness

Without health insurance you are tempting fate in more ways than one. This is why so many Americans are hoping that the next president will be able to help them out. Did you know that there are approximately 47 million Americans who do not have health insurance coverage? This is easily one of the biggest problems facing the United States. Fortunately, it appears that the next president is going to make many changes that should relieve this situation in several ways.

Although it is a major problem that so many Americans do not have health insurance, this is also dangerous because it jeopardizes the overall health of these people. Simply put, most people without health insurance do not have the money to go to the doctor. After all, if they had spare cash they would probably be purchasing some sort of health coverage. In turn, this leads to many people getting seriously ill because they do not take care of necessary problems when they first arise. For instance, cancer is killing many people who do not have health insurance coverage. If these people would have seen a doctor when symptoms first came into play, they would have had a better chance at surviving. But without health insurance coverage, going to the doctor can be quite expensive.

Over the next few years it is important for more and more Americans to buy health insurance. Depending on who is elected the next president, the way that this gets done will change. Hillary Clinton plans on making sure that everybody has coverage by implementing universal health care. This would make it mandatory for every American to have health insurance. You may not think that this is the best idea, but it is definitely one that could help in many ways.

It is important to see the doctor anytime that you are feeling under the weather. And of course, if you have health insurance it is much easier to do so.
